All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour as per agreed terms.
Rates may change due to hotel tariffs, transport costs, fuel prices, or government taxes without prior notice.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
Additional expenses such as extra meals, personal services, entry tickets, or optional activities must be paid directly by the traveler.
Failure to complete payment within the due date may result in automatic cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via Email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
30 days before travel: 10% of total package cost
15–29 days before travel: 25%
7–14 days before travel: 50%
Less than 7 days: No refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Non-refundable components such as flight tickets, permits, or certain hotel bookings are not eligible for refund.
Desi Travels reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions, political disturbances, road closures, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible. No refund shall be provided for unutilized services.
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required permits and documents are accurate and complete.
Desi Travels acts as a travel organizer and agent for hotels, transport, and other services.
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularities caused by third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, political unrest, or other uncontrollable situations.
Travelers must respect local laws, customs, and traditions.
Travelers should be medically fit, especially for high-altitude destinations.
Any medical conditions must be informed in advance.
Guests are advised to carry personal medicines and follow safety guidelines.
Room categories and vehicle types are subject to availability.
Early check-in and late check-out depend on hotel policy and may involve additional charges.
Any damage caused to hotel or vehicle property must be compensated directly by the traveler.
Desi Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or failure of services due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
