At Desi Travels, we strive to deliver the best travel experience to our guests. However, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and related conditions.
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The advance amount secures your hotel, transport, and other travel arrangements.
Advance payments are non-transferable to other bookings or travelers.
If you wish to cancel your trip, you must inform us in writing via Email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed as per the following schedule:

Note: Flight tickets, permits, or hotel bookings marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
In rare cases, due to weather conditions, political disturbances, road closures, or other unavoidable circumstances, Desi Travels may cancel or reschedule a tour.
Guests will be offered an alternative date or equivalent credit for future travel.
If rescheduling is not preferred, a refund (after deducting utilized services and booking expenses) will be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Bank charges or transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
No-show at departure or hotel check-in
Early departure or unused services during the trip
Missed transport due to delay or late arrival
Cancellations due to personal reasons or change in travel dates
Desi Travels shall not be held responsible for refunds due to natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, curfews, lockdowns, government restrictions, or any events beyond our control.
